Scientific Research Communications (SRC)

Scientific Research Communications is an international, peer-reviewed, fully open access journal, published biannually, and committed to publishing and disseminating original research in science, engineering, and technology. It is freely available to all readers and does not charge authors any submission, processing, or publication fees.

 

Open Access Policy

SRC is a free and fully open access journal, allowing unrestricted access to all content without charge to readers or institutions. Users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles for any lawful purpose, in line with the BOAI definition of open access.

All articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). This permits non-commercial sharing and adaptation of the work, provided appropriate credit is given to the original authors. Authors retain copyright to their work and grant SRC the right to publish and distribute it.

Peer Review Process

SRC follows a double-blind peer review process, ensuring anonymity for both authors and reviewers. All identifying information is removed prior to review to uphold impartiality.

The average time from submission to the first editorial decision is 15 days. The full peer-review cycle—including expert evaluation, revisions, and final decision—typically concludes within three months.

Indexing and DOI

SRC is a member of Crossref, an official DOI Registration Agency. All published articles are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for citation and indexing purposes.

 

Archiving and Repository Policy

All SRC issues are preserved through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN). Authors are encouraged to deposit any version of their manuscript in institutional or public repositories without embargo.

 

Additional Policies

SRC complies with I4OC standards for open citations.

The journal began publication in July 2021, and has consistently adhered to full open access principles since inception.
