About the Journal
Scientific Research Communications ISSN 2791-8742 is an international, peer-reviewed, free and fully open access journal that aims to publish and disseminate original research articles in science, engineering and technology.
Scientific Research Communications publishes both "theoretical and experimental high quality papers" of permanent interest, not previously published in any other journal, which aims to promote the theory and practice of technology and engineering. In addition to peer-reviewed original research papers, the Editorial Board welcomes original research reports, state-of-the-art reviews and communications in the broadly defined field of engineering, science, technology, architecture, city and regional planning, forestry, agriculture and aquaculture.
Scientific Research Communications is a member of Crossref, an official DOI (Digital Object Identifier) Registration Agency of the International DOI Foundation. Therefore, a DOI is assigned to all articles published by our journal.

- Peer Review Process
Scientific Research Communications employs a double-blind peer review process, where both the reviewers and authors remain anonymous to each other throughout the review. To maintain anonymity, SRC ensures that all identifying information, including the authors' names, affiliations, acknowledgments, and conflicts of interest, are removed from the manuscripts before submission for review. This prevents any indirect or direct disclosure of the authors' identities to the reviewers.
The following figure illustrates the typical review process.
- Archiving Policy
Scientific Research Communications issues are preserved long-term through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), where they are currently archived.
- Repository Policy
Scientific Research Communications allows all versions of manuscripts to be deposited in an institutional or other repository of the author’s choice without embargo.
- Other Terms
Scientific Research Communications complies with I4OC standards for open citations.
Scientific Research Communications is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.

At Scientific Research Communications, we aim to ensure a timely and efficient peer-review process while maintaining high-quality standards. The average time from submission to the first editorial decision is 15 days, during which the editorial team carefully assesses the manuscript for scope, originality, and adherence to submission guidelines.
For most manuscripts, the full peer-review process—including expert reviews, revisions, and final decisions—typically takes around three months. This timeline ensures that authors receive a comprehensive evaluation without unnecessary delays, facilitating a smooth and productive publication experience.
