The journal is freely accessible to readers worldwide and does not charge authors any submission or article processing fees.
SRC is a member of Crossref, an official Digital Object Identifier (DOI: https://doi.org/10.52460/src) Registration Agency of the International DOI Foundation. Therefore, a DOI will be assigned to all articles published by our journal. Electronic ISSN of SRC is 2791-8742.

Peer Review Process
SRC follows a double-blind peer review process, ensuring anonymity for both authors and reviewers. All identifying information is removed prior to review to uphold impartiality.
The average time from submission to the first editorial decision is 15 days. The full peer-review cycle—including expert evaluation, revisions, and final decision—typically concludes within three months.
